Summer is pretty much here and let’s face it, this is the time when we want to look our best. It’s also the time we tend to slack on our workouts to have some fun in the sun. It’s tough to stay motivated during workouts when outside looks so nice, and even more challenging to say no to that cookout to hit the gym. We found your answer…
Introducing CHAOTIC!
Guy Caracciolo, Jason Laporte, and myself have been working round the clock on programming for this new program at DHAC. This IS what you’ve been waiting for. Chaotic is an ADVANCED HIGH INTESE METABOLIC WORKOUT.
We will be offering 4 classes a week start. You could sign up for 1 or more classes.
Chaotic will be held out back in our soccer field and you’ll do so many different drills, it’s hard to list them all. To name a few, you’ll be using kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes, battling ropes, TRX suspension trainers, sleds and tires.
We’ve created workouts designed to keep your heart rate up, burn calories, strengthen your entire body and make you sweat! Most of all….give you RESULTS. Chaotic will run RAIN or SHINE so if you sign-up, be prepared to show up! This is not your average workout so if you think you have what it takes….we’ll see you in the field!
So these summer months, when every weekend is jam packed with cookouts, birthday parties, graduation parties and lazy days by the pool, put down the cheeseburgers, hot dogs and beers. Take control of your chaotic life, as well as your physique.
